Timeless and Classic
Some pieces of furniture will never go out of style. Bookcases are among these as they have timeless, classic qualities. They are both practical and add character to any room. They provide a place to keep the books we have read, the ones we plan to read and the ones we want to read again and again.
Custom made bookcases can come in many forms. For example they can be made to cover a full wall or just a part of a wall. They can have integrated cabinets or radiator covers or other features. They can be fitted or standalone pieces.
In this project the customer wanted a built in wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling unit to store books, display miscellaneous items and also hold a TV. Once made, the bookcase was then painted in a colour to suit the decor of the room.
The Finished Product
The result is a well organised space that is both good for storage and pleasant to look at.
